Design Vision
This two-storey home is designed to function almost as two connected living zones. The ground floor centers on a full open-plan kitchen with an island that flows into dining and living areas, supported by a downstairs bedroom and a dedicated laundry room — making the main level fully self-sufficient for daily life. A covered front entry opens into this shared core, keeping the arrival experience open and generous.
Upstairs, a secondary kitchenette gives the upper floor its own degree of independence, ideal for extended family, older children, or guests who want their own space without leaving the home. Three bedrooms occupy this level, including a master served by a full ensuite bathroom, with the second full bath positioned to serve the remaining rooms. A compact dining spot beside the upstairs kitchenette rounds out the upper floor as a livable, semi-autonomous level rather than just sleeping quarters.
