Architectural Design
Residential and commercial design, taken from first concept to the drawings needed for approvals and construction.
Architectural design covers the whole path from a first conversation about how you want to live or work, through to a set of drawings a builder can price and build from. For most homes that is residential design; we also take on commercial projects where the brief suits us.
The work moves in stages. Concept and design development settle the layout, the spaces and how the building sits on the land. Architectural drawings then turn that design into precise, dimensioned documentation. Those drawings become the basis for the approval documentation your project needs, and for any engineering the structure requires — which in turn is what construction is built from. Getting the early stages right is what keeps the later ones straightforward.
You can start from a blank page, or from one of our existing designs and adapt it to your land, budget and family.
